The major advantage of a Bernoulli device is it is very small and very fast (1/100 of a second response time) and requires a very small amount of air to lift the label. Also there are no moving parts to wear out. (Guaranteed forever)

The unit is computer controlled and the timing functions are controlled via a easy to use control panel.  All actuators and motor are enabled with solid-state relays (no relays to wear out). The power requirement is less than 2 amps at 115 vac and compressed air requirements are very low.

The labeler is mounted on a box frame and works fine as a stand alone labeler; however you can securely attach it to your tabletop conveyor. If your tabletop is not compatible with our hardware, we will make a connector that fits.

Best of all: the price is very reasonable, set it next to a conveyor and it is ready to go, it is new machine and it has a warrantee for a full year.

They aren’t professional videos; however you can see our labelers in action if you key In FHECO on you tube.  Note: the grabber that holds the Votive candles is not included on this labeler; however if your application requires the ultimate in precision application let us know.  This is an add-on accessory that can be included for a nominal fee.  Accuracy is excellent without the grabber; however the candles were not uniform and needed extra help.  The extra mile that we often provide.

This label application machine is designed for high reliability and simplicity (no mechanical relays to wear out).  Modern computer technology simplifies operation and the adjustments are made via the computer control panel.  The label sensor is self-learning and requires no adjustment.  An optional clear label detector is available. The label lift device uses the Bernoulli principal that precisely lifts and holds the label without touching it (the first time ever for a label machine).  Label handling is accurate to one hundredth of one second.  Because of these enhancements, this compact unit will handle virtually any pressure sensitive label with ease
